What We Do
Our Purpose
Briana’s Eternal Fight Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in loving memory of Briana Ponzini Britt and inspired by the words she left us with: “This is bigger than us.”
Our purpose is to turn Briana’s fight into hope, support, and meaningful change for children and families facing pediatric brain cancer, with a special commitment to those affected by Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG).
Briana faced this devastating disease with extraordinary courage while fighting for the life she so desperately wanted—to be here for her daughter, and the family she loved. Her fight may have ended, but her purpose did not.
Through Briana’s Eternal Fight Foundation, we are committed to supporting DMG research and resources, partnering with organizations working to improve the lives of affected families, providing comfort and hope to children through Bri’s Sunshine Boxes, awarding the Briana Ponzini Britt Memorial Scholarship, and bringing our community together to raise awareness and funds for a disease that desperately needs better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
Everything we do carries Briana’s name, her courage, and her love forward.
We fight so families facing this diagnosis know they are not alone.
We give so children can experience moments of comfort and joy during unimaginable circumstances.
We raise awareness so more people understand the urgent need for progress in pediatric brain cancer.
And we continue Briana’s fight so that one day, another family may be given the hope and future that Briana deserved.

Every Bri's Sunshine Box is thoughtfully filled with comfort, encouragement, and hope for children facing pediatric brain cancer. These boxes are a reminder that no child fights alone and that even during life's hardest moments, there is still sunshine to be found.

Briana Ponzini Britt Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is presented to a high school senior cheerleader who reflects the strength, leadership, and compassion that defined Briana's life. The recipient carries forward her legacy by uplifting others, demonstrating resilience, and inspiring those around them to reach their fullest potential.
