Our Purpose
Briana’s Eternal Fight is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children battling pediatric brain cancer and their families. We help families cover medical expenses and create unforgettable experiences for kids fighting this disease.
The foundation was created in honor of Briana Britt, who was diagnosed with a terminal pediatric brain cancer two days after giving birth to her first child. Briana fought courageously for her family, and her motto, “This is bigger than us,” inspires our work.
Through this foundation, we aim to show families and children that they are never alone in the fight against pediatric brain cancer.

of her journey. Her belief that"This is bigger than us" continues to
inspire everything we do.
With hearts full of love and remembrance, we are honored
to announce Briana's Eternal Fight's First Annual Memorial Walk
at Robert Moses State Park. This walk is more than an event, it is
a chance to celebrate the life, strength, and legacy of Briana Ponzini Britt,
while raising awareness for pediatric brain cancer and supporting the
mission of Briana's Eternal Fight.
Join us as we walk in her memory, honor those affected by childhood
cancer, and continue the fight for better treatments, more research,
and brighter days for children and families facing the unimaginable.
Together we will keep Briana's light shining and her legacy alive.
